Short Description

High-speed cell sorting system BD FACS ARIA III for quantitative and qualitative characterization and sorting of cell populations. 3-laser system (405nm, 488nm, 633nm) for simultaneous characterization of up to 11 colors + FSC and SSC.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

The device enables the isolation of cells through specific labeling with fluorescent antibodies. Particularly in immunology, this technology has become routine and allows for the examination and characterization of purified cell populations.
