The Mitutoyo Hyper 404 WLI Plus is an optical measurement system for the high-precision characterization of surface structures and geometric properties of precision components. Using white-light interferometry and image-based metrology, surface roughness, form deviations, and microscopic structures can be characterized non-destructively with nanometer resolution. In combination with our expertise in the development and analysis of high-precision mechanical components, the system enables quality control and optimization of parts used in sensitive physical experiments, particularly in precision and gravitational experiments.
