Short Description

Fabri­kation Labor (FabLab) is a research and prototyping facility envisioned as a fast-rapid prototyping environment for experimentation with IoT devices, fabrication of mechanical moving parts for IoT Devices (Sensors etc.) and other related technologies. Our FabLab is located at two locations at TU Wien, one part at the Cyber Physical Systems Group and the other part at the Distributed Systems Group. It is equipped with 3D Printers and CNC Routers and Workshop Tools. The facilities support and help several lectures: Internet of Things, Autonomous Racing Cars, System Programming.
