Short Description
Gas chromatograph with FID (Flame Ionization Detector) and autosampler from Perkin Elmer.
The Clarus 500 GC is a stationary measuring instrument that enables both qualitative and quantitative analysis of hydrocarbons (including aromatic compounds) using gas chromatography.
The analyses are performed using a flame ionization detector (FID) and controlled via a PC using the TotalChrom software. This software tool allows for full control of the device and enables continuous and automated measurements.
This analytical instrument is capable of analyzing both gaseous and liquid samples. The autosampler (injection robot) features a sample tray with capacity for up to 48 liquid samples.
The device supports a wide measuring range and can detect concentrations down to a few milligrams.
