Short Description

IncuCyte Zoom is a non-invasive live-cell imaging and analysis platform that allows for the quantification of cellular behavior over periods of hours or weeks. The system is contained within a CO2 incubator and delivers high-definition phase contrast and red/green fluorescence images with 4x, 10x and 20x zoom at predetermined time points. The included Software allows for quantitative, real-time analysis and graphical representation of the quired data. Cells can be provided in microwell plates, cell culture flasks, and Petri dishes, and remain within the incubator throughout the whole experiment.

IncuCyte Zoom can be used for the following applications:
-Stem-cell monitoring
-Live-cell immunohistochemistry
-Dilution cloning
-Transfection efficiency quantification
-Proliferation
-Apoptosis and cytotoxicity screens
-Neurite Analysis
-Tumor spheroids
-Scratch wound migration and invasion
-Chemotaxis assays
-Immune cell clustering
-Antibody internalization
-Immune cell killing
-Phagocytosis
-Angiogenesis
