Short Description

The Leica Bond Rx is an automated immunostainer which can be used for research purposes only, offering precise and efficient staining capabilities across various techniques. This versatile instrument enables the staining of tissue samples using immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), as well as multiplex and OPAL staining, enabling the simultaneous detection of multiple biomarkers within a single tissue section.

Leica Biosystems provide a wide range of kits and antibodies specifically tailored for the use with a Bond Rx, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. However, it is also possible to use antibodies from third parties too. The Leica Bond Rx automated workflow reduces manual labor, enhances throughput, and minimizes the risk of variability, making it ideal for larger-scaled studies.

The system features customizable staining protocols, allowing users to tailor procedures to specific staining requirements. This flexibility ensures that a wide range of tissue types can be effectively processed with optimal staining outcomes.
