Short Description

Inverted confocal laser scanning microscope for stimulated emission depletion (STED), high resolution and fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM).

The device is equipped with pulsed excitation lasers (405 nm diode laser, 440-790 nm white light laser with pulse picker) and STED depletion lasers (592 nm, continuous wave, and 775 nm, pulsed) as well as 5 hybrid detectors (HyD-S, 410-850 nm, HyD-X, 410-750 nm) and an incubator box for controllable temperature and CO2 conditions.
