Short Description
The MALDI-TOF (matrix-assisted laser-desoprtion-ionisation time-of-flight mass spectrometer) is used for peptide and polymer analytics. The MALDI ionisation shows the possibility to analyse your sample without previous separation. The time-of-Flight mass spectrometer can be operated in linear as well as in reflectron mode and has the option of an He CID (collision-induced dissociation) which gives the option of MS/MS analysis.
