Short Description

System for measuring material properties such as specific heat, magnetic AC and DC susceptibility, and electrical and thermal transport properties (such as Hall effect, thermoelectric effectiveness and Seebeck effect) at different temperatures (1.8–400 K, magnetic properties up to 1000 K) and magnetic fields (0–9 T).

Investigation of the electrical, thermal and magnetic properties of materials.

Magnetic properties: Vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), 1000 K oven, FORC option
AC susceptibility, Pressure cell

Thermal properties: Heat capacity, Thermal transport, Thermal conductivity, Thermoelectric effect, Dilatometer

Electric properties: Electro transport, Van der Pauw – Hall transport
