- 2 PMT's and 1 GaAsp (single channel) detector for reflected light 4 channel GaASP Spectral Detector
- 2x GaAsP PMT
- 1x AiryScan2: super-resolution detector + multiplex option (up to 8x parallelization)
- 1x transmitted light (T-PMT) detector
- CMOS Camera

Modalities:
- Multiple position imaging
- Confocal Topography (material applications)
