Short Description

+ A signal- and spectrum analyzer FSW85 from R&S covers the useful frequency range from 2 Hz up to 85 GHz. This instrument combines excellent high dynamic range, low phase noise and high signal analysing bandwith; high measuring rate and fast sweep rate up to 1000 sweeps/s. High level accuracy based on the complete solution in a single measurement instrument.

+ Further varying, versatile applicable signal- and spectrum analyzers.

+ Additional block-up/-down converters for the expansion of the frequency range up to 330 GHz.

+ Phase noise measurement system to determine the noise sidebands of sources/oscillators with high spectral purity.
