Short Description

Laser Ablationssystem zur Kopplung mit induktiv gekoppelter Plasma–Massenspektrometrie (ICP-MS). Dies stellt ein wichtiges analytisches Werkzeug in der Krebsforschung mit metallhaltigen Wirkstoffen dar. Es kann damit Verteilung in Gewebe ermittelt und visualisiert werden.

The laser ablation instrument is only operable in combination with ICP-MS 7500ce or 8800. Determining spatially resolved metal distributions in tissue samples.

The Core Facility for Mass Spectrometry at the Faculty of Chemistry provides access to state of the art mass spectrometric infrastructure. The core facility is open to all forms of scientific cooperation. Information on conditions of cooperation and usage fees is provided upon request.
