Short Description

The Dual HPLC system enables simultaneous or parallel separation of samples on two separation columns. These columns can be combined into a multidimensional separation system or they can be used to speed up the sample analysis. A combination of different column dimensions and chemistry is possible.

Research Services

Multidimensional separation of peptides. Online digest of proteins by using immobilized enzymes. Dual separation approach for fast sample throughput.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

A series of chromatographic methods has been developed for the use with the dual gradient system. The Proteomics Core Facility uses the Dual Gradient system for on-line digestion of biological samples and for the online multidimensional separation.
