Short Description
The device is a Tescan MIRA3 LMH FE scanning electron microscope (FE-REM) with Schottky FE cathode system with Tescan SE and BSE (YAG) detectors. The device is equipped with an OXFORD AZtecEnergy XT EDX system for the analysis of chemical compositions.
