Short Description
The compact laser welding apparatus allows micro-manufacturing to produce the finest connections between different metals under protective gas atmosphere. The fusing process can be controlled visually with the integrated stereo microscope. Our Nd YAG laser permits welding dots from 0.2 to 2 mm according to the configuration, pulse lengths can be varied between 0.5 and 20ms. It can be worked with pulse frequencies up to 25 Hertz.
