Short Description

The ZetaView detects and quantifies small particles in a size range of 40 - 1,000nm. The nanotracking system is equipped with a 488nm laser so that also small particles can be stained and detected due to their antigen expression. The ZetaView is especially suitable to detect extracellular vesicles (microparticles & exosomes)

The nanotracking system ZetaView is located in the Core Facility Flow Cytometry of the Medical University of Vienna. The ZetaView should be seen as a supplement to existing flow cytometers to detect small particles, since flow cytometry is limited in the detection of particles to a certain size.

The nanotracking system ZetaView is located in the Core Facility Flow Cytometry of the Medical University of Vienna. The Core Facility has numerous publications in the field of extracellular vesicles. The Zetaview should be seen as a supplement to existing flow cytometers, since flow cytometry is limited in the detection of particles to a certain size. The ZetaView detects particles which art significantly smaller.
