Short Description

The flow cytometer (CytoFLEX LX) is a modular research cytometer in a compact design, equipped with 5 lasers and 21 measuring parameters, 19 of them fluorescence channels. The CytoFLEX LX has a plate loader with which samples from 96 well plates can be determined. The software of this device generation allows easy recording of samples.
Laser configuration: 405 nm laser - power 80 mW, 488 nm laser - power 50 mW, 638 nm laser - power 50 mW, 561 nm laser - power 30 mW, 375 nm laser - power 60 mW
