Short Description
Gas chromatograph with FID (Flame Ionization Detector) and TCD (Thermal Conductivity Detector) from Perkin Elmer.
The Clarus 590 GC is a stationary measuring device that enables both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the following compounds using gas chromatography: Ar/O₂/N₂/CO/CO₂/CH₄/H₂ as well as hydrocarbons with up to 6 carbon atoms.
The measurement is carried out via FID and TCD detectors and is controlled through a PC using the TotalChrom software. This software tool allows the instrument to be operated and enables continuous and semi-automated measurements.
The device supports a very broad measuring range and can detect concentrations as low as approximately 0.1 vol%.
