Short Description
The Core Facility for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Molecular Biology offers a broad spectrum of technologies in the field of genetic analysis. The advanced sequencing platforms enable genome and transcriptome sequencing at DNA and RNA levels, as well as the sequencing of short reads and ultra-long reads. In addition to training on the devices, the Core Facility for NGS and Molecular Biology also provides guidance in sample preparation, data analysis, and interpretation of results.
