Short Description

The AEKTA go is an automated fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) system. By using flow rates up to 25 mL/min and pressure of up to 5 MPa it is possible to perform various purification methods (e.g. affinity, size exclusion, or ion exchange chromatography). The instrument is equipped with a fraction collector (F9-T) that enables collection in various deep-well plate formats, 96-well microplates, or tubes.
