Open for Collaboration

Short Description

The PhenoCycler-Fusion System by Akoya Biosciences enables ultrahigh-plex spatial phenotyping of more than 100 cell markers in one tissue. This can be done in fresh-frozen or FFPE, whole tissue- or TMA (Tissue Microarray) samples. In additon, the Fusion part of the instrument provides usual brightfield and fluorescence scanning of tissue samples. Antibodies for the spatial phenotyping can be either purchased directly at Akoya Biosciences, or made suitable for the system by costum-conjugation.
