Short Description

State-of-the-art electrophysiology setup consisting of HEKA amplifier (USB-10 double), anti-vibration table and farraday cage (HEKA), micromanipulators (left and right, Luigs and Neumann, Mini 25 with SM10 control box), microscope (Olympus ix73) with Lumencor SOLA light engine, and a camera system from the Imaging Source. The setup can be used for whole-cell-, perforated-, cell-attached-, or single-channel-patch-clamp experiments of cultured cells.
