Short Description

The Intellicyt IQue3 is a high through-put flow cytometer with three different lasers (Red - Blue - Violet). With this device a high number of cellular samples can be measured in a very short time in so-called "screenings" and determine a number of biological phenotypes (cellular compartments, expression of markers, cell cycle and many more). This way it is possible to conduct experiments in a much more time and cost effective manner compared to the use of standard flow cytometers. The necessity for experiments of such a scale results from the rapidly developing technologies of the post-genomic era.
