Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

Detection and quantification of unpaired electrons in free radicals and transition metals. The sample can be a solid, a liquid, a gas, turbid or colored solution, or even a cell suspension. Application fields include alanine dosimetry, impurity profiling in pharma and food chemistry, measurements of reactive oxygen species, oxidative stress, or phot dynamics; characterization of metalloenzymes and spin labeled biomolecules.
