Short Description

IT:U LearnLabs are enabling spaces where IT:U students study digital technology in small groups following a project-based education concept. The motion and audio lab MOMO provides state-of-the-art motion capture technology, an ambisonic audio system and the computing hardware to record and analyze motion and audio for industrial, medical or ethnological purposes.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

The IT:U LearnLabs are operated and maintained by doctoral and senior postdoctoral researchers and lecturers on a permanent basis. The staff of the motion and audio lab Momo is experienced in capturing, recording and analyzing human motion and sounds, for industrial, medical and ethnological purposes.

Terms of Use

IT:U LearnLabs are primarily used to educate students in the use of digital technology. External usage of the lab is subject to course schedules. Please contact the lab staff for information about external use.
