Short Description

Tabletop-Elektronenmikroskop, Vergrößerung bis 10.000-fach. Die Probe kann zur Verbesserung der Bildqualität mittels Sputter Coater mit einer Gold- oder Kohlenstoffschicht versehen werden. Die EDX-Einheit (Electron-Dispersive x-ray) ermöglicht eine semiquantitative Elementanalyse.
