Short Description

It is an instrument in the field of basic infrastructure (biophysics, molecular biology and cell culture). It consists of a laser scanning microscope with fluorescence correlation spectrometer for spatially resolved detection of particle mobility and number in the visible wave range, coupled to an electrophysiology setup.
