Short Description

Benchtop cell sorter CytoFLEX SRT with 4 lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 638 nm) for simultaneous analysis and sorting of up to 4 cell populations using a maximum of 15 different fluorophores.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

The device enables the isolation of cells through specific labelling with fluorescent antibodies. This technology is now part of daily routine, particularly in immunology, and enables the investigation and characterisation of purified cell populations.
