Detectors: Secondary and back scatter detectors for high vacuum mode, large field and gaseous secondary electron detector for low vacuum and environmental SEM.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

Statements about the surface structure and composition of the samples are possible depending on the technique of preparation and the use of detector. Untreated humid samples can be investigated in environmental mode.
