Es handelt sich um ein inverses Weitfeld-Fluoreszenzmikroskop-System ausgerichtet mit Umweltkontrolle für Langzeit-live imaging Versuchsreihen. Speziell auf Schnelligkeit ausgerichtetes Fluoreszenzbeleuchtungssystem nach Sedat-Konfiguration. Volle Umweltkontrolle für Temperatur und CO2. Seit 2016 ist das System für Total-Internal-Reflection-Microscopy (TIRF) ausgerichtet.
