Short Description

Spinning disk confocal laser microscope with incubation chamber for fast and sensitive imaging of fluorescently labeled fixed and live specimens.

-Fully motorized Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E
-Yokogawa CSU-W1 dual disk (25 µm, 50 µm), dual camera port
-Laser lines: 405, 488, 561, 638 nm
-Lumencor Spectra III LED light engine
-Large format (25 mm FOV) Nikon DS-Qi2 CMOS camera
-Two Photometrics Prime BSI sCMOS cameras, 95% QE, 6.5 µm x 6.5 µm pixel area
-Widefield and confocal multiple position imaging, tile scanning, z-stack acquisition
-Incumbation chamber with controllable temperature and CO2
