Short Description

The BD LSRFortessa X-20 is a high-performance analytical flow cytometer designed for multiparametric analysis of cells and particles. With a configuration of 2B (Blue: 488 nm), 3R (Red: 640 nm), 6V (Violet: 405 nm), 5YG (Yellow-Green: 561 nm), and 2UV (Ultraviolet: 355 nm) lasers, it enables the simultaneous detection of up to 20 fluorescence parameters
