Short Description

eLabFTW is free, open-source software for digital lab notebooks. This solution is available as a pilot project at BOKU University as an institutional electronic lab notebook. eLabFTW can be accessed via all common web browsers and used on all devices. eLabFTW runs on PHP/MySQL in Docker containers and offers researchers the ability to access research data anytime, anywhere, share it with colleagues, and collaborate on this data. It will be possible to integrate the software with laboratory equipment and inventory databases.

Research Services

The BOKU University electronic lab notebook is available free of charge to many members of the BOKU University as a pilot project and is primarily intended for FAIR documentation of research work, as well as for teaching and other administrative activities. Following the pilot phase, external institutions and individuals may gain access to the system upon request as part of collaborative efforts. If you are interested, please contact the person listed.
