Short Description

The Bruker AVANCE 600 is a high-field NMR spectrometer operating at a proton resonance frequency of 600 MHz. It enables the non-destructive investigation of the chemical structure, three-dimensional arrangement, molecular interactions, and dynamics of compounds in solution. The instrument is suitable for applications in organic chemistry, natural product chemistry, biochemistry, and structural biology.

Depending on the installed probe, one- and multidimensional NMR experiments can be performed for different nuclei. Typical applications include the identification and structural characterization of small molecules, purity and concentration measurements, and the investigation of proteins, nucleic acids, ligands, and molecular complexes. Time-resolved measurements and analyses of molecular interactions can also be conducted.

The SampleCase Plus sample changer enables the automated exchange of multiple NMR samples. This allows measurement series and standardized routine analyses to be performed without manual sample changes. Automation improves instrument utilization and facilitates measurements outside regular operating hours. The system supports individual research projects as well as structured routine and service operations.
