Short Description
The BD FACSAria™ Fusion is a high-speed cell sorter and is integrated into a Class II safety cabinet (European Standard 12469) for operator and product protection. With its five lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and 18 fluorescence channels, it enables complex high-speed cell sorting and high-purity sorting of up to four subpopulations in different formats as well as single-cell sorting in defined plate formats.

Ultraviolet Laser (355nm): A: 740/35 BP, 690 LP, B: 450/50 BP, 410 LP, C: 379/28 BP
Violet Laser (405nm): A: 780/60 BP, 750 LP, B: 710/50 BP, 690 LP, C: 660/20 BP, 630 LP, D: 610/20 BP, 595 LP, E: 525/50 BP, 505 LP F: 450/50 BP
