Research Services

Our services can be utilized in a modular format – as individual technologies – or as part of integrated process chains, in which multiple technologies are combined and aligned to meet specific objectives.

In addition, we offer the implementation of research studies in the following areas: process optimization and efficiency enhancement, application of novel technologies, development and utilization of innovative raw materials, and validation and quality assurance of manufacturing processes.

We offer trainings and workshops, covering a wide range of technologies and analyses related to food and bio-based materials.

Regular courses are performed in the below listed areas:

• Product development, formulation and ingredients
• Texturing and food structure modification
• Thermal and non-thermal food preservation
• Drying technology
• Fruit and vegetable processing
• Cereal processing and baking technology
• Brewing and distillation
• Hygienic production and hygienic design
(in cooperation with EHEDG – European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group)

Additional trainings and workshops on specific processes or products can be designed upon request.
