Short Description

CytoFLEX S Mosaic 63 is a benchtop flowcytomer with 4 lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 638 nm) connected to a spectral detection module (Mosaic 63) allowing a total of 63 detection channels.

Research Services

High-parameter spectral flowcytometry analysis.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

The device enables the analysis of cells through specific labelling with fluorescent antibodies. Unlike the conventional flowcytometry this device can do a full spectral analysis, improving the overall quality and number of detection channels significantly higher. This is next generation technology of flowcytometry and will becoming the method of choice, particularly in the field of immunology. It enables in depth investigation and characterisation of individual cells and populations.
