Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

The infrastructure is tightly linked with the Life Science Compute Cluster (LiSC). The LiSC provides high-performance filesystems for large amounts of scientific data. It offers servers and compute nodes for interactive and batch computing, as well as a rich collection of scientific software and biological databases. The extensive LiSC documentation, including a tutorial for new users, as well as the LiSC helpdesk, support the users. The LiSC team organizes training events for users with different levels of experience in scientific computing. and periodically invites to user meetings.
