Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure
The device is used for the generation of large quantities of DNA barcodes (especially within the framework of ABOL - Austrian Barcode of Life and ATIV-Biodat), but can also be used for the sequencing of various other genes in the course of phylogenetic, phylogeographic and population genetic studies and for whole genome sequencing.
