Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

With a broad UV/Vis wavelength range (230–750 nm) and a wide dynamic range, the instrument supports the analysis of proteins, nucleic acids, lipid nanoparticles, and viral vectors. The system enables label-free determination of protein and nucleic acid concentrations while simultaneously providing information on particle size and sample aggregation. High-throughput measurements of up to 96 samples per run enable efficient sample screening and quality control.
