Open for Collaboration

Short Description

The MERSCOPE® Platform is an end-to-end solution and includes the custom targeted gene panel built using an interactive platform, reagents and consumables for sample preparation and the imaging run, the MERSCOPE Instrument itself, an analysis computer, and the visualization and analysis software.

MERSCOPE uses MERFISH technology to directly map and quantify the spatial distribution of hundreds to tens of thousands of RNA species in individual cells, without the need for downstream sequencing. The instrument is comprised of an imaging box and a processing computer. MERSCOPE is commercially validated in human and mouse species and is applicable to any sample containing a well-annotated transcriptome. The workflow is compatible with cell culture, fresh and fixed frozen, and FFPE sample preparation.
