Neuro Imaging Research Core Facility: Hochauflösende und schnelle Bildgebung des zentralen und peripheren Nervensystems. Neben den strukturellen Aufnahmen besteht langjährige Expertise in funktioneller Bildgebung sowie hochauflösende in-vivo MR Spektroskopie (1H und 31P).

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

Hochauflösende und schnelle Bildgebung des zentralen und peripheren Nervensystems. Neben den strukturellen Aufnahmen besteht langjährige Expertise in funktioneller Bildgebung sowie hochauflösende in-vivo MR Spektroskopie (1H und 31P). Zudem haben wir eine Expertise in quantitativer Bildgebung (z.B. R2* und T1-Mapping, QSM). In den letzten Jahren haben wir auch mit Deep Learning unterstützte Analysen etabliert.
