Short Description

This Raman spectrometer offers a time-gating technology that enables the fluorescence background subtraction. The device provides information on both Raman scattering and time-resolved fluorescence. PicoRaman M3 spectrometer is equipped with a pulsed 532 nm laser, immersion probe and flow-cell. The immersion probe is compatible with the standard bioreactor port and it is; therefore, suitable for online monitoring of bioreactor cultivations. PicoRaman M3 brings the same benefits as conventional Raman spectrometers. Additionally, the measurement is immune to ambient light, and high-temperature measurements are possible by providing suppression of thermal emission interference. The spectrometer is suitable for a wide range of applications from biological samples to materials or environmental analysis. It is possible to measure solids, liquids and even gaseous samples.
