Short Description

The multiplexers/frequency combs are used to transfer an optical reference signal at 1542 nanometers wavelength, provided by the Federal Office for Metrology and Surveying, into wavelength ranges relevant to the respective local research at the TU Vienna, University of Vienna, JKU Linz and University of Innsbruck.

  • Lokale optische Laserreferenz (Optical Referencing System, ORS) für 1Hz Linienbreite
  • Breitband-Erweiterung Infrarot - Optisch mit 6 Beat Detection Units (BDUs)
  • Laser Regenerator station (RLS) uplink-downlink (2 Stationen Linz)
