Short Description

Modular designed measurement unit Lexsyg Research produced by Freiberg Instruments

Components
• EMCCD unit based high sensitivity detection for spatially resolved single grain analysis
• Two photomultiplier tubes: UV-VIS (300-650 nm) and VIS-NIR (380-890 nm) and filter changer equipped with interference and glass filters for optimized signal detection
• OSL measurements (violet LEDs 405±3 nm; blue LEDs 458±5 nm and IR LEDs 850±20 nm) for continuous wave or linear modulated readouts
• TL measurements up to 710°C (under a N2 atmosphere) with flexible ramping rates
• Peltier cooling unit for sample irradiation and readouts between -50 and 100 °C
• Beta source for laboratory irradiations (Sr-90): ring-shaped source for simultaneous RF measurements
• Sample carousel of 80 positions
