Short Description

This instrument is a wide-field fluorescence microscope for live cell imaging applications. It is equipped with a highly precise motorized stage and incubation chamber and a highly sensitive sCMOS camera. In addition a FRET beamsplitter will allow ratiometric and filter FRET experiments. The system is especially useful for long-term studies of living cells since the software allows automatic image acquisitions.
