Objectives: UPLX APO 60X, NA 1.42 Oil, UPL X APO 40x, UPLX APO 20x, UPLFLN 10x
Application: Superrsolution microscopy (Stimulated emission depletion, STED) with adaptive illumination (DYMIN, RESCUE, MINFIELD), adaptive optics, EASY3D STED, confocal & STED Autofocus, Spectral RAINBOW detetion, Autoalignment

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

The expertise for all listed methods is available via the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology. The Facility line is a part of the Core Facility platform provided by the Center for Medical Research (ZMF) and personnel of the Core Facility will provide additional support. The following applications will be available and will be developed further in the future:
Nanoscopy; multichannel immunofluorescence-based detection of epitopes and/or cellular processes in fixed and/or living tissue (Vibratome/Cryomicrotome slides, isolated cells, organotypic cultures, ex vivo acute slices, organoids, in vivo applications); expansion microscopy (protein-retention expansion microscopy, proExM).
