Short Description

This microscopy system includes a Nikon Tie2 microscope with 10x, 20x, 40x oil / 40x water and 60x oil objectives. The microscope is equipped with an Aurox Clarity System and ORCA-Flash4.0 camera for confocal imaging, and a PE-4000 light source. Available filters are DAPI, FITC, DsRed, Cy5, and NIR. ImageJ/Fiji is used for image analysis.
