This is a mid-size DNA sequencer from Illumina (NextSeq 2000) including a data analysis computer for basic data analysis.
The instrument is suitable for small genome sequencing, exome sequencing, single cell sequencing, and RNA sequencing, as well as human whole genome sequencing.
