Research Services

Main focus is in-depth bioanalytics of proteomes at high analytical sensitivity and resolution. The core facility team is expanding the repertoire of analytical approaches according to the published state-of-the-art.

Proteomics: shotgun, bottom-up, top-down, LFQ, DDA, DIA, SWATH-MS, PRM, etc.

Terms of Use

Operation of high-end mass spectrometers requires profound knowledge and expertise. Basic and clinical scientists are supported in their research by core facility personnel to gain access to state-of-the art proteomics. Please contact Dr. Oliver Drews for details.
